Herbal Consultations
First Appointment- $115
Two hour appointment that focuses on getting to know each other, reviewing the intake. The herbal supports that are offered in this first appointment are sold separately but with a 20% discount.
Follow-up Appointment-$60
All follow ups are 30 minutes to review progress and make changes or provide refills or herbal supports. The herbal supports that are provided are sold separately but with a 10% discount.

Using Dr. Mikao Usui healing craft I will help guide the energy through your body to promote healing.

Herbalism for Littles
Introducing young children to the wonders of herbalism is a magical experience, one that nurtures both curiosity and connection to the natural world. Through our Mommy and Me scheduled events, I guide little ones and their caregivers in exploring the beauty and magic of plants, teaching simple, hands-on ways to engage with herbs. These sessions are designed to be fun, educational, and rooted in the joy of discovery, allowing families to bond while learning about nature’s wonders. Together, we cultivate a love for the earth and its incredible gifts, planting seeds of knowledge that will grow with them for years to come.
Plant Walks
Plant walks offer a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature while discovering the hidden treasures of the plant world. During these guided walks, we explore local landscapes, learning to identify and appreciate the unique plants that thrive in the wild. As we walk, I share insights into each plant's history, characteristics, and role in the ecosystem, helping you develop a deeper understanding and respect for nature’s gifts. These walks are a perfect way to ground yourself, slow down, and experience the magic of plants in their natural habitat.
